    Together we choose the path: list, buy, lease, hold, subdivide. The decision is yours; the discipline of getting it right is mine.

    Execute

    Showings, offers, negotiation, contract terms, inspections, lender coordination, closing. I move with the rigor this market requires and the patience your decisions deserve.

    Steward

    After closing, the relationship continues. Annual valuation check-ins, referrals when you need them, advisory on the next move. Partnerships do not end at the signing table.
