Form submissions are stored in a managed database. Row-level security is enabled so submissions are not readable through the public API; only authorized staff with administrative credentials can view them.

The site relies on managed hosting and a managed backend (database, authentication, storage) for delivery and form intake. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Inquiry records are retained while relevant to an active or potential client relationship. To request deletion of your submission, contact us using the details below.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to deliver pages and remember basic preferences. Any analytics in use is aggregate and not used to build advertising profiles.

Property data shown anywhere on this site that originates from the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service (CVR MLS) is provided for personal, non-commercial use by visitors and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any other purpose without permission. We make commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any third-party listing data.

You may request access to the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your inquiry record. Email the address below with your request and the email or phone number you submitted, and we will respond within 30 days.

This site and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete the record.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
